**THE ROLE**
Our inspiring Australian Design client is looking for an operationally-savvy Retail Operations Manager to join their growing team in their Brisbane Support Office.
- Our divine client is known for its mínimalist and relaxed aesthetic. They effortlessly translate designer luxury into sophisticated and timeless pieces.
- As the brand goes from strength to strength, they are excited to welcome a talented leader to support the business and work closely with the National Retail Sales Manager.
- The role is responsible for maximising efficiency and profitability across the retail store portfolio, assisting with retail projects such as store openings and ensuring all operational activity is strategic and innovative.
- Minimum 5+ years experience within Retail Leadership, ideally at a Regional Manager or Operations Manager level
- Impeccable understanding and passion for retail operations
- Previous experience supporting or running store openings
- Understanding of the GRIA and retail legislation
- Strong rostering, wages and budgeting understanding and capability
- A strong collaborator with the ability to build strong team connections
- High level of accuracy, organisation and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workflow and multi-task
- Agile mindset with the ability to work under pressure

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support the Retail and Operations teams in maximising efficiency and profitability across the entire retail store portfolio.
- Implement and develop operational business plans
- Support and manage retail projects such as new store openings and new technology
- Support delivery of strong inventory projects and processes
- Manage retail cost management and budgets
- Responsible for budgeting and forecasting across the retail network, including rostering and wages to ensure a high level of efficiency and customer service is achieved
- In collaboration with the team, ensure store compliance levels are to standard
- Improve or develop operations processes and procedures
- Implement innovative ideas and processes
- Administration including reporting and operational coordination
