Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to drive business growth by providing practical, honest advice to clients.

This role involves managing diverse client projects across various industries, offering hands-on experience.

The Senior Business Development Manager will work with a diverse team to develop and implement strategies that deliver both immediate results and long-term competitive advantage, while fostering an inclusive and authentic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day client project management, ensuring timely delivery, high utilisation, and clear value to clients.
  • Develop marketable perspectives and intellectual capital on business challenges that support firm thought leadership.
  • Drive strategic and tactical initiatives aimed at expanding and deepening client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering their professional growth and capabilities.
  • Actively participate in firm-building activities such as recruiting, training, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record at the Senior Business Development level within leading consulting firms, ideally from top-tier or tier-two backgrounds.
  • Versatile generalist with demonstrated experience across at least three of the following sectors: Private Equity, Digital & Analytics, Financial Services, Telecommunications, Consumer Goods & Retail, Mobility, Defence & Aerospace / Advanced Industrials.
  • Strong project management expertise coupled with the ability to navigate complex, multi-industry business challenges.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
