
Claims Leadership Manager

Delivering exceptional results requires a unique blend of leadership skills and operational expertise. As the Team Leader, Claims you will lead the Bereavements team to deliver timely, high-quality case management services to families and loved ones of deceased members while showcasing empathy at all stages of the process.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in senior claims management roles within superannuation or insurance industries. A proven track record of leading teams through change and demonstrating RG146 compliance is essential. In addition, specialist knowledge of AustralianSuper Trust Deed, insurance policies, and Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act (SIS Act) Legislation is required.
A successful applicant will have high-level operations management skills and be able to manage operational teams to build highly engaged and productive teams. Well-developed management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, are also essential. Extensive experience in working under pressure, setting and managing conflicting priorities, and meeting specified timeframes is required.
