Mental Injury Claims Team Lead Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled professional to lead a team of specialists in managing mental injury claims. As a Mental Injury Claims Team Lead, you will be responsible for guiding a team of experts who provide support and guidance to clients recovering from the psychological impact of trauma in the workplace.
Our Goal: To deliver exceptional care and support to our clients through a dedicated team that specializes in mental injury claims management.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and cases, utilizing their expertise in psychology to guide therapeutic practices and provide support to their team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, consult, and guide a team of specialists who manage mental injury claims.
- Provide advice to the team on best practices and provide insights into varying treatment and therapeutic support.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure that claims are processed efficiently and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze information.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
- No relocation required but preference given to candidates willing to relocate to Brisbane.
