About the Role

As a Roster Coordinator with HammondCare, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the best possible care. Your primary responsibility will be to create and maintain rosters for our Home Care Workers in the Illawarra region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to maximize care worker utilization and minimize overtime.
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure client needs are met and care worker availability is optimized.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of care worker information, including availability, skills, and qualifications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, care workers, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in scheduling, rostering, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
