The Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Educator to join our team in a leadership role as Assistant Centre Manager.

This position involves overseeing the daily operations of our 61-place centre, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care services to children aged 0-5 years.

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain a positive and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hold an ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services
  • Understanding of both the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Proven experience within an Early Childhood service, preferably in a leadership or management role
