Senior Operations Manager Job Summary

The Senior Operations Manager will oversee the overall operations of our tyre centre, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all operational aspects.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach staff to deliver exceptional service to customers.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and merchandising strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate employee and department performance to drive improvement.
  • Ensure consistency and quality in all aspects of Costco operations.
  • Manage presentation, merchandising, and inventory standards across the tyre centre.
  • Implement and enforce strict safety and security protocols.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in tyre centre management.
  • Detailed knowledge of merchandising and safety compliance regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage and motivate staff members.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with hands-on approach.
