The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, including mentorship and team development. They will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with national quality standards and regulations.   • Lead Continuous Improvement: Discuss routines and implement effective learning experiences, maintain self-assessment to review and improve practices.
  • Occupancy, Growth and Reputation Management: Build and maintain our centre's strong reputation within the community, drive enrolment through meaningful family engagement and showcase unique offerings.
