This role is responsible for supporting organisational goals by delivering sales outcomes of Novated Leases and related products in line with agreed targets. In doing so, it involves converting leads and upselling products to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) while regularly reporting on progress against objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve Desired Sales Outcomes: Meet sales targets, maximise vehicle sales through our vehicle procurement program, and deliver agreed sales conversions of upsell and cross-sell products.
- Deliver Agreed KPI's: Meet business unit KPIs and complete regular reporting processes accurately.
- Administrative Activities: Perform various administrative activities to support the overall team effectiveness and its ability to achieve targets.
- Champion Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the identification of improvement opportunities, propose solutions, and support the implementation of efficiencies with a focus on creating efficiencies, supporting business growth, and enhancing the customer experience.
