Sales Consultant

Oly Novated Leasing, a subsidiary of Maxxia Pty Ltd, is seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in managing a portfolio of customers throughout the Novated lease sales process.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate conversations with potential employers and employees to close sales and inform them of the benefits of a Fully Maintained Novated Lease.
- Assist customers from first enquiry to delivery of vehicle via outbound/inbound calls, demonstrating exceptional customer service.
- Achieve set financial, product conversion, channel conversion, and portfolio management targets within agreed SLA and KPI.
- Work with Oly's preferred dealer network to source and secure vehicle quotations/estimates for customers.
- Support customer experience by providing quotations/estimates for customers and/or guidance around the benefits of Oly's product/service offering.
- VCE or equivalent qualification.
- Experience within a high-volume sales environment.
- Phone sales experience within an inbound/outbound environment.
- Novated Leasing/Fleet Leasing/Motor Vehicle/Financial Services experience (highly desirable but not essential).
- CRM Systems experience highly desirable.
