Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Marken, a leading provider of clinical drug product storage and distribution services. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and warehouse facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to staff and managers, including responding to communications, managing office supplies, and ordering equipment.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation, and car rentals.
- Manage digital employee records, including leave calendars and accruals.
- Process invoices and ensure timely submission of payroll information.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of office and warehouse supplies.
- Assist with projects, such as office relocations and new locations.
Requirements:
- HSC or degree in Administration preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong team management and individual management skills.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
