Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative support to the Australian branches, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to staff and managers, including office duties, administrative tasks, and responding to communications.
- Oversee all administrative office supplies and order through vendors as required, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
- Manage digital employee records, including leave records and accruals, and proactively pass on details to management.
- Assist with projects such as office relocations and new locations, and provide support with vehicle management, including fleet listings and insurance claims.
- Ensure all IDs are up to date and order replacements as needed, and manage equipment for staff, including PPE and uniforms.
- Collaborate with HR Recruitment to create and post job ads, compile resumes, and perform reference checks.
- Manage vendors and assist with training and courses, such as first aid and management.
Requirements
- HSC or Degree in Administration preferred.
- Proficiency in applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Strong team and individual management skills, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in similar roles.
