  • Communicate effectively with estate beneficiaries, internal stakeholders, and external parties.
  • Coordinate the probate process, ensuring timely distribution of estates according to the will and relevant legislation.
  • Collaborate with the estate administration team, administrative support staff, and other stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Contribute to the review and development of standard estate letters, processes, and procedures.
  • Monitor account transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing, and attend to estate administrative tasks within required time frames.
What You'll Need to Succeed
  • Proven experience in financial services, with a strong background in relationship management.
  • Expertise in law, accounting, paralegal work, financial planning, or paraplanning is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with navigating highly regulated environments.
  • Strong empathy, sound judgment, and effective problem-solving abilities.
  • High levels of resilience and emotional intelligence.
  • Previous experience in a similar role will be highly valued.
  • A tertiary qualification in finance, law, or a related field is highly desirable.
