Key Responsibilities- Brand Planning and Strategy - Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for multiple brands in the ELN category, ensuring alignment with company goals, consumer insights, and growth opportunities.
- Communication and Media Planning - Ensure excellence in execution of integrated communication strategies, collaborating with partner agencies, and monitoring performance.
- Portfolio and Innovation Strategy - Lead short- and long-term portfolio strategy and innovation, overseeing pricing and promotional adjustments, and influencing stakeholders for business case approval.
- Brand Performance Management - Develop growth plans based on market and consumer insights, monitor key performance metrics, and adapt initiatives for optimization.
- Commercial Business Partnering - Collaborate with sales and category heads to develop commercial strategies, understand retailer needs, and secure NPD ranging.
- Healthcare and Business Planning - Develop and implement healthcare-focused marketing strategies, collaborating with head of sales to drive priorities and assess initiatives.
- P&L and Budget Management - Collaborate with leadership on budgeting and planning, monitor and adjust strategies, and contribute to overall business P&L.
- People Management and Talent Development - Manage and develop the ELN Marketing team, fostering motivation, retention, and succession.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Management - Represent Marketing within the leadership team, engage with regional and global internal stakeholders, and manage agency relationships.
You are a passionate marketeer with a proven record of driving growth and developing high-performing brands. You excel in coaching and guiding teams to success, with a strategic and commercial mindset and a creative, solution-oriented approach.
We are looking for someone with:
- Strong experience in brand management in a managerial role within consumer, healthcare, or FMCG marketing.
- Proven people management and development skills.
- Expertise in brand planning, positioning, strategy, execution, and portfolio management.
- Experience with managing multiple brands or portfolios.
- Skilled in multi-channel communication strategies.
- Proficient in using research and data insights for decision-making.
- Extensive experience with NPD Stage Gate process, launching new brands or large NPD.
- Strong P&L understanding and commercial acumen.
- Successful track record in brand turnaround and strategic portfolio management.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead beyond the immediate scope.
