Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our workplace relations strategy, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive workplace relations framework, aligning with organizational goals and objectives;
  • Provide strategic guidance on human resource management, employee relations, and workforce planning;
  • Drive the development and implementation of best practice policies, processes, and systems to support business initiatives and priorities;
  • Build and sustain effective relationships with stakeholders, including unions, professional associations, service providers, and government agencies;
  • Lead organisational change initiatives and provide coaching to managers on proactive people interactions.

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated experience working with executive level leadership on complex human resource and employee relations matters within a corporate or public sector environment;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Workplace Relations legislative frameworks;
  • High level interpersonal and communication skills which demonstrates a capacity to work collaboratively and build and sustain positive relationships with staff, stakeholders, and clients;
  • Demonstrated ability to make well balanced and informed decisions in relation to contemporary workplace relation arrangements and respond positively and flexibly to new and changing HRM environments in a timely manner;
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering HR projects that achieve strategic and operational outcomes.
