  • Key Responsibilities:">
  • Developing and implementing workplace relations policies and procedures to ensure fair, compliant, and future-ready people practices.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including employees, management, and unions to resolve complex workplace issues and disputes.
  • Providing expert guidance on employment law, awards, and agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Leading and managing teams of senior HR professionals to deliver high-quality service that meets the needs of the business.
  • Collaborating with other departments to drive business outcomes and achieve organisational goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in workplace relations and governance in a medium to large-sized organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead enterprise bargaining negotiations and oversee the implementation of industrial agreements.
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex workplace relations issues and disputes.
  • Relevant postgraduate qualifications or equivalent, and extensive professional experience in employee and industrial relations functions in large, complex organisations.
