About this Opportunity

This exciting role is responsible for maximizing revenue across various product lines, with a strong focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and maintaining product specifications and packaging requirements
  • Liaising daily with data analysts, sales, and production staff
  • Implementation of new specifications
  • Yield analysis
  • Conducting presentations and tours throughout the plant for visitors and guests
  • Development and monitoring of production requirements and capacities
  • Producing daily yield reports

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Solid knowledge of beef specifications
  • Previous experience in a production environment
  • Able to liaise and promote products effectively
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Able to liaise with staff in relation to new specifications and requirements
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Self-motivated
