Accounts and Revenue Collections Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the Accounts team in completing the monthly billings and receipting cycle, ensuring excellent service to our business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collating, preparing, and sending invoices for drilling and well-servicing operations, as well as receipting customer payments in the ERP system.
The role also involves generating debtors aged reports, analysis, and payments received after month-end. Additionally, the candidate will liaise with key stakeholders, including customers, to resolve disputed debtor charges.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Accounts Receivable Officer or similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and advanced Excel and Microsoft Outlook user
- Strong computer skills, understanding, and experience working with Dynamics GP or similar SAP software
- Self-motivation, detail-orientation, ability to multi-task, deadline-orientation, and analytical mind
