About the Role


We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team at Partale. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for assisting clients in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.



Key Responsibilities

  • Form and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their talent and recruitment needs.
  • Draft job descriptions, job ads, and post them online to relevant job boards.
  • Screen applications, find key candidate information, and check working rights and visa information.
  • Be responsible for maintaining and updating our ATS, Workable, and capturing key data and insights from our recruitment activity.
  • Assist with interview scheduling, collaborate with the HR Associate, and track probation periods.


What You Need to Succeed

  • 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Sound knowledge of related legislation and best practice recruitment processes.
  • Capability and confidence in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new technology platforms.
  • Strong writing skills and ability to assist with report writing and candidate summaries.
  • Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter experience and ability to optimize the product.
