Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our Finance team in a world-class law firm.

The successful candidate will provide key support services to the Partnership and team of fee earners, including document and file management, telephone and email management, diary and meeting coordination, and general administration tasks.

This is a full-time position with 4 days working from our CBD office and 1 day working remotely once you have completed your training and well set up to work from home.

  • Minimum typing speed 65 wpm with high accuracy and good knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Previous experience of working in a similar role within a law firm and supporting multiple fee earners;
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to multiple and conflicting priorities;

A polished, professional, and friendly presentation is essential for this role.
