Job Title: Key Client Relations Professional

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced client relations professional to join our Sydney team.

  • You'll work on some of Australia's largest and most well-known brands, managing integrated advertising projects from brief to delivery.

As one team, you'll collaborate closely with Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to bring big ideas to life and ensure seamless execution.

The Role Includes:
  1. Developing deep relationships with clients and their external agency partners.
  2. Supporting your Manager and the broader Account Management team in delivering fully integrated campaigns across advertising, CRM, and digital communications.
  3. Managing project timelines, updates, job numbers, and estimates proactively.
  4. Contributing to strategic briefings, discussions, and the development of well-thought-out creative briefs.
  5. Coordinating measurement, monitoring, and post-campaign analysis.
  6. Building strong working relationships within the agency by actively listening and seeking guidance.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a Creative or Communications Agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns and communication projects.
  • Knowledge of advertising channels including TV, radio, print, and digital media, including social media.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in presenting.
  • A passion for great ideas and a strong commitment to delivery.
