Urban Development Specialist

A high-performing Urban Development Specialist is required to join our team on the Gold Coast.
We are part of a larger network with a vision to create an integrated infrastructure accessible to everyone. Our department plays a crucial role in planning and developing for the future.
The successful candidate will provide accurate, consistent, and timely information to stakeholders regarding urban development and related activities on and around the state-controlled road network.
Key Responsibilities- Apply knowledge and practice of Planning Policy in accordance with Town Planning legislation, processes, and policies.
- Maintain effective liaison with internal and external stakeholders through excellent communication skills.
- Work within strict deadlines.
A Degree in Urban Planning or a relevant profession acceptable by the Planning Institute of Australia is required.
