Job Title

Client Engagement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Engagement Manager to join our team. This role will involve providing high-quality support to clients, participating in payroll operational activities, and working closely with internal teams to deliver excellent service.


About the Role
  • Provide expert support to clients via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist clients with product, system, and legislation-related issues, as well as escalations.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve client queries and concerns.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular touchpoints and proactive meetings.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support clients with payroll operations, including month-end and year-end requirements.
  2. Build and manage client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder management.
  3. Investigate and resolve client escalations in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of client interactions.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a payroll or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll practices and operations, including current Australian and New Zealand legislation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate complex issues.
  • Advanced computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
