Job Title: Client Services Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our payroll processing team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services to internal and external clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Processing: Process allocated client payrolls in a timely and accurate manner.
- Client Support: Provide inbound telephone support to clients, with a focus on resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
- Issue Management: Manage and resolve technical issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding payroll processing schedules, updates, and other important information.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the Payline team to achieve departmental KPIs and goals.
- Professional Development: Participate in ongoing learning and training activities to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 18 months call centre/helpdesk experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or certifications in payroll or customer service.
