Key Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in organisational development, workforce planning, and employee experience.
  • Proven success in leading organisational change and people strategy in complex organisations.
  • Strong analytical, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and the ability to influence at senior levels.
