Job Overview

This key role is responsible for leading and developing the finance function within a multisite manufacturing organisation.

The successful candidate will be required to deliver accurate financial and strategic insight to drive continuous improvement and growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly financial reporting, including management reports.
  • Present financial results and insights to senior leaders on a regular basis.
  • Contribute to business-critical initiatives, such as acquisitions and risk management.
  • Liaise with external partners, including accountants, advisors, insurance, and banking providers.
  • E nsure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and accounting standards.
Key Requirements:
  • A strong technical foundation in commercial accounting, preferably with CA or CPA qualification and experience within the FMCG industry.
  • 5-10 years of experience in similar roles, demonstrating leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
