Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at AccorHotel. As a key member of our hotel operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide prompt, efficient, and courteous service to guests during check-in, check-out, and throughout their stay.
  • Leadership: Lead by example, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving and guest requests.
  • Night Audit: Assist with the running of the night audit process, including accurately posting revenue, identifying discrepancies, and producing a complete night audit report.
  • Team Development: Develop and support the professional growth of the night team, ensuring strong succession planning and a high-performing team.
  • Operational Support: Assist in all areas of the hotel to eliminate potential issues, including Food & Beverage operations.
  • Financial Management: Maintain procedures related to credit and cash transactions, and accounting documentation.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience in a high-volume, luxury service environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests, colleagues, and management.
  • Availability: Availability to work shifts across Monday to Sunday, including public holidays.
  • Licenses: Hold a full and open driver's license.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Opera, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • Industry Experience: Proven experience in a similar role within the hospitality/hotel industry.
