Job Description

The Clinical Recruitment and Training Lead will provide direction to Virtual Health Clinical Leadership and Workforce support teams. Their primary goal is to ensure high-quality patient care through evidence-based guidelines and protocols.

This position drives continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. It involves leading Virtual Health teams to improve recruitment, training processes, and patient care standards.

The role also collaborates with clients and stakeholders to define training deliverables and ensures quality care.

Clinical Recruitment and Training Leads oversee staff recruitment, management, development, and performance appraisal. They develop, implement, and evaluate education programs and staff development initiatives.

Additionally, this position manages budgets, action research, quality assurance programs, and on-call responsibilities.

This is a full-time fixed-term position that requires a commitment to staying updated on healthcare trends and emerging technologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • Registered nurse with 3+ years of healthcare experience and AHPRA registration.
  • Expertise in Virtual Health Services and patient care quality standards.
  • Strong communication, adaptability, and client-focused approach.
  • Leadership skills with experience in team management, budgeting, and training programs.
