You will join a team of highly motivated and collaborative professionals working in the Enterprise Transformation Group.

The Program Support Section sits within ESTD, responsible for critical enabling functions:

  • Talent Management: Recruitment, labour hire procurement, onboarding, contract management, and offboarding of resources.
  • Financial Management: End of month accounting, financial analysis, and reporting, budget development and management, contract cost evaluation, and negotiations, and cost modelling.
  • Program Support: Information architecture development and maintenance, labour hire invoice processing and reporting, property planning and management, vendor onboarding, and travel booking.

The Section prioritises establishing and maintaining a high-performing and positive workplace culture.

As Assistant Director, Finance you will lead and manage the Finance Team and provide accurate financial management services for the Indigo Program and the broader ETG.

You will contribute to operational functions and resource allocation of the Finance Team, ensuring high-quality financial management reporting activities are delivered.

This includes preparing written correspondence, briefings, reports, procedural documentation, and communication material for various audiences.
