Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to provide exceptional animal care in our veterinary team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The successful applicant will have the ability to build strong relationships with our clients and colleagues alike, providing a seamless experience from initial consultation through to discharge.

Our hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technology, enabling us to provide the highest level of treatment to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advanced wards-based nursing care to a variety of cases including medical, surgical, and high dependency patients.
  • Communicate effectively with the clinical team and discipline-specific specialists to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Recover patients from anaesthesia and nurse our inpatients to optimal health.
  • Build on existing knowledge and skills to deliver the highest standard of care.

Working Hours:

This full-time permanent role involves working 39 hours per week, with three days per week being Monday to Wednesday from 7am-7:30pm, and one in five weekends (Saturday and Sunday) 7am-7:30pm.
