Media Coordinator

As a key member of the Starcom investment team, the Account Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the development of campaigns across offline media channels. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with the team to drive results.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the team, including data collection, report preparation, and client communication.
- Assist in the development and implementation of media buying strategies, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with media owners to negotiate rates and terms, ensuring optimal ROI for clients.
- Support the team in managing client financial processes, including purchase orders and PO sheets.
- Develop and maintain market knowledge, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Able to think creatively and provide innovative solutions to complex problems.
