About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media & Content Coordinator to join our dynamic Marketing team at Sportsgirl. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, and building relationships with our online community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a content plan schedule for Sportsgirl's marketing activity across organic and paid social channels
  • Create high-quality still and video content for social media channels
  • Research and execute content concepts in line with social media strategy and marketing campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and work relevant trends into the content plan
  • Assist in executing all copywriting for social media channels and other channels, as required
  • Attend external photo shoots to capture social-focused content for use across various channels
  • Continually identify content opportunities to increase engagement and reach
  • Maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers and suppliers
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing and/or Digital
  • Short courses in Content and Digital across content creation, editing, and copywriting
  • Demonstrated social media experience (organic and paid)
  • Previous content creation experience
  • Demonstrated Retail business knowledge ideal
  • Customer Service/Support experience (community management)
  • Strong Time management and prioritisation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive
  • Customer-centric and strong relationship-building skills
