About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Media Account Coordinator to join our team at PHD. As an Account Media Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring the brief is delivered within appropriate criteria, accurate and efficient buying across all client campaigns, and proficiently putting together, trafficking, and monitoring digital media campaigns to measure effectiveness and ensure success.

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Ensure the brief is delivered within appropriate criteria (budget, targets etc.).
  • Accurate and efficient buying across all client campaigns.
  • Proficiently put together, traffic, and monitor digital media campaigns to measure effectiveness and ensure success.
  • Understand your clients' needs inside and out.
  • Conduct market research and basic business analysis.
  • Build a sound understanding of OMG and PHD's SBUs and their offering.
  • Use appropriate technology/research/systems/tools and know their methodology at an intermediate level.
  • Training and Development of Account Coordinator(s) in your team.
  • Training on day-to-day tasks and taking through media processes.

About You:

  • Relevant media experience.
  • You know your way around the Microsoft suite.
  • You're hungry to learn and pass new information on to your team.
  • You notice the small things. Nothing gets by you.
  • You're good with numbers and know the difference between 'your' and 'you're'.
  • You're on time, every time.
  • You run towards the fire, always ready with a solution.
  • You like your eggs sunny side up and share that mentality with your team.
  • This is an entry-level role, which means some tasks may be quite basic. You'll need to tear into them anyway.
