Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team and contributing to the attainment of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, report preparation, and inventory management.
- Collaborate with sales executives and group sales managers to achieve short-term revenue goals and sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Ensure seamless operations by processing proposals, bookings, and inquiries efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize campaign delivery and client satisfaction.
- Previous sales-related experience is advantageous, but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey ideas effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when completing data entry and administrative duties.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines consistently.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and collaborative mindset.
