Media Coordinator

About the Opportunity:
As a key member of the Starcom team, the Account Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the media buying process and campaign development across offline media channels. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively collaborate with the team to drive results and enhance our agency's culture of innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including data collection, report preparation, and client communication.
- Assist in managing client financial processes, including purchase orders and financial reporting.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of media products and services, including competitor research and market trends.
- Collaborate with the team to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development of campaigns and media plans, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve processes and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain accurate records and files.
- Passion for media and a willingness to learn and grow in this field.
