A Day in the Life of a Luxury Room Ambassador

As a Luxury Room Ambassador at The Star Brisbane, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable stay with us. Your role will involve maintaining and cleaning guest rooms to the highest standards, while also providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our guests.

Your Responsibilities

  • Maintain and clean all assigned guest rooms to meet our five-star standards
  • Complete 'Turn Down' services as required
  • Stock trolleys with linen and guest supplies
  • Release guest rooms to Front Office when up to standard
  • Use hotel software to communicate with colleagues and log completed tasks
  • Report any suspicious guest behaviour to your leader

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a keen eye for detail. You should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and time management skills.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you're a people person who enjoys creating memorable experiences for our guests. You should be reliable, efficient, and able to multitask with ease.
