This is an entry level position with an opportunity to be part of something bigger. As a Kitchen Hand in our Stewarding team, you will work as part of a team to keep the hotel kitchens and washing up areas clean and tidy.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Work with a team to clean kitchen utensils, cookware and dishes from our conferencing, events, restaurant and kitchen operations
- Operate industrial kitchen cleaning equipment
- Clean, sanitise and tidy work areas regularly
- Distribute equipment throughout the hotel using trolleys
- Sort, stack and tidy shelves and kitchen areas.

**Qualifications**
- Availability to work on the weekends and at night time
- Organised and methodical
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Understanding of food safety and hygiene
- Pride in maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting, pushing and pulling.
