Sofitel Brisbane Central is seeking a dynamic leader with a passion for culinary excellence and a track record of success in the luxury hospitality industry. As an Assistant Outlets Manager, you will lead a diverse team of hospitality professionals to create unforgettable experiences for our guests in our award-winning restaurant, Suzette, our elegant lobby bar, Cuvee and our In-Room Dining services.

**What you will be doing**:

- Assist in leading, mentoring and training the operations team members in all outlets - Suzette, Cuvee lounge bar, In-Room Dining and Mini Bar
- Supervise and delegate duties, ensuring brand standards are maintained
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual presentation
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to strategise on new product and service offerings
- Promote a strong ‘Heartist’ culture and a team focused on creating unforgettable guest experiences.

**Qualifications** You’ll excel in this role if you have**:

- A service-focused personality and a passion for all things food and beverage
- Previous experience in a similar leadership role is a strong asset
- Responsible Service of Alcohol qualification.
- Barista Training
- Excellent knowledge of beer, wine & cocktails
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities and the ability to lead by example
- Strong networking skills with proven ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Experience in building a strong team culture
- A record of high performance and achievement.
