
Claims Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Claims Support Specialist to join our team. As a Claims Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to claims staff, driving continuous improvement in claims performance.
Maintaining a focus on strategic collaboration and case management, you will proactively coach and support staff within the business to facilitate development of negotiation, customer service and technical skills.
- Provide coaching and support to staff to develop negotiation, customer service and technical skills.
- Leverage emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.
You will lead team and business projects to improve claim outcomes, maintain high customer service standards and effective relationships with key stakeholders, and handle personal and confidential claims information discreetly and professionally.
About You:
- 5 years' experience managing complex matters within Workers Compensation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with the ability to balance understanding, empathy, and compassion with the best commercial outcome.
- Able to work collaboratively with peers and a variety of stakeholders, act as an SME, experience in coaching and mentoring others.
