Job Title: Senior Estimator

A key role in our organisation, the Senior Estimator is responsible for developing and maintaining accurate cost estimates and project budgets.

  • Develop detailed time, material, and labour estimates from drawings and plans.
  • Collaborate with the construction team to ensure high-level cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Analyse data and prepare comprehensive reports to inform business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in estimating and cost management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
