The Role- Be the go-to person for general maintenance and repairs to our resident's villas, the building and common areas.- Oversee contractors that attend to works at the property- Conduct preventative maintenance activity within the village- Identify, attend to and record any maintenance tasks undertaken- 3 days per week - Flexible days and flexible times

Your Background- Demonstrated competence as a handyperson- Great customer service with a genuine interest in assisting and working with the Elderly- Organised and able to effectively manage and prioritise multiple tasks- Willingness to attend occasional out of hour emergency issues- Ability to supervise and liaise with trades- Basic computer skills- Current Driver's Licence- Level 2 First Aid Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
