Key Responsibilities:- Managing customer relationships and providing high-quality care
- Making day-to-day decisions and taking charge of business operations
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and success
- A comprehensive induction program covering clinical standards and business management
- Ongoing support from our dedicated team, including payroll, accounts payable, marketing, IT, and supply chain services
- Guaranteed salary ranging between $100,000 - $110,000 plus super, plus annual profit and future value of shares
- Holding or being eligible to hold a qualified practitioner number as a full member of the appropriate professional body
- Two years' clinical experience post obtaining QP
- High level interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Ability to lead and work collaboratively
