Make It Your Own — Lead Growth and Impact Across NSW

Central Coast Region | Relationship-Focused | Flexible & Purpose-Driven

Are you someone who thrives on autonomy and takes pride in treating your role like it's your own business? Do you enjoy the support of a collaborative team while having the freedom to shape your region?

At Access Aged Care, we've built a strong foundation across central and regional NSW with a growing network of residential aged care partners. We're now looking for the right person to build on this momentum, someone with a positive, proactive mindset and a natural talent for building meaningful, long-term relationships.

About the Role

As our Head of Partnerships – NSW (Central Coast focus), you'll play a critical role in expanding our presence across the region. This is a unique opportunity to lead with purpose, backed by a passionate national team and given the trust, tools, and flexibility to drive success in your territory.

You'll represent and grow our innovative, co-managed care model within aged care facilities, develop strong partnerships, and work closely with internal stakeholders, residents, and families. You'll also have the opportunity to support local recruitment efforts and ensure a seamless experience for partner homes and clinicians alike.

What You'll Be Doing

- Driving growth in resident numbers across Central Coast and surrounding regions
- Identifying and engaging with RACFs to promote Access Aged Care's holistic model
- Building strong, ongoing relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting clinician recruitment and local partnership activations
- Managing regional queries, relationship data, and territory reporting
- Working autonomously and on the road regularly in your region

What You Bring

- A self-starter mindset and the confidence to lead your region
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Experience in healthcare, aged care, or business development (highly regarded)
- Excellent time management, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to travel locally and work independently
- A passion for delivering meaningful outcomes in the aged care sector

Why Access Aged Care?

- Flexible, autonomous work environment
- Values-led, supportive national team
- Purpose-driven organisation with a proven model of care
- Make a real difference in the lives of older Australians

Ready to lead with purpose and build something meaningful in your region?

We'd love to hear from you.
