Under the direction of the director of sales operations, the commercial insights analyst is a high-visibility, high-impact role that supports the Commercial team with actionable data, reporting, and forecasting to drive sales strategy, client performance insights, and business planning. You'll work directly with senior leaders to translate complex data into decision-ready insights that shape commercial strategy for AssistRx.

- Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance, revenue forecasts, and ROI on commercial initiatives.
- Create and maintain pricing models and forecasting for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Finance and Sales to deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline insights.
- Track key contract terms (e.g., SLAs, pricing, scope) for cross-functional reference.
- Calculate sales commissions and manage performance tracking.
- Support CRM improvements, and data-driven commercial initiatives.
- Provide cross-functional visibility into Commercial initiatives.
- Support Commercial team with company and product analytics.

- 3–5 years in sales operations, business analytics, or commercial insights (healthcare/pharma preferred).

- Strong Excel and BI/reporting tool proficiency (Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce reports).
- Proven ability to synthesize and present complex data in clear, actionable ways.
- Comfortable collaborating with both technical teams and senior executives.

- Salesforce experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
