The Commercial Insights Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the business by providing actionable data, reporting, and forecasting to inform sales strategy, client performance insights, and business planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dashboards for Sales Performance: Develop and maintain dashboards for sales performance, revenue forecasts, and ROI on commercial initiatives.
  • Pricing Models and Forecasting: Create and maintain pricing models and forecasting for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Partnerships and Collaborations: Partner with Finance and Sales to deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline insights.
  • Contract Management: Track key contract terms (e.g., SLAs, pricing, scope) for cross-functional reference.
  • Sales Commissions and Tracking: Calculate sales commissions and manage performance tracking.
  • Cross-Functional Visibility: Support CRM improvements and data-driven commercial initiatives.
  • Business Analytics: Provide cross-functional visibility into Commercial initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Support Commercial team with company and product analytics.
Requirements
  • Experience and Skills: 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or commercial insights, preferably in the healthcare/pharma industry. Strong Excel and BI/reporting tool proficiency (Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce reports).
  • Data Synthesis and Presentation: Proven ability to synthesize and present complex data in clear, actionable ways.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Comfortable collaborating with both technical teams and senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce experience and a Bachelor's degree.
