Office Administrator
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for generating orders, invoices and credits as well as completing payments and controlling expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. The role also involves liaising with various business owners regarding their invoices and following up with customers to ensure outstanding payments are settled promptly.
Maintenance of accurate stock inventory for our website and other platforms is also a key responsibility, along with ensuring the timely resolution of customer complaints or problems. Additional duties include liaising with freight companies for deliveries and generating and controlling stock manifests for shipping.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A basic understanding of Excel, Word, Outlook and online webstore database platforms
- The ability to adapt to different situations quickly while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy in work output
- Strong time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and deliver quality results
- Previous experience in an office or warehouse environment (2 years)
