**Key Role:**

Administrative Assistant plays a pivotal role in supporting legal and business services staff to enhance client experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely and accurate support to team members with administrative needs.
  • Delivering high-quality work while managing competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Scanning, printing, or photocopying documents as required by colleagues.
  • Liaising with teams to coordinate mail and courier requests.
  • Developing and maintaining robust file management systems for electronic and hard copy documents.
  • Providing ad hoc support, including dealing with incoming mail, answering phones, and amending documents.
  • Preparing files for archiving and managing return and retrieval of files following guidelines.

**Requirements:**

  • Impeccable attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Demonstrated enthusiasm and proactivity in the workplace.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
