Engineering Leadership Manager

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive our client-facing roadmap and market penetration strategies across the Australian business.
This is an impactful role requiring a leader who can communicate clearly, lead and inspire others, and translate technical client pain points to actionable service offerings.
Main Responsibilities- Developing and growing demand for digital engineering services with both established and new clients
- Implementing digitally-enabled ways of delivering engineering, construction, and maintenance activities
- Developing BIM and digital engineering practices, identifying new skill requirements and changes in capability, and sharing these practices with clients and delivery practitioners within the organisation
- Communicating the value proposition to the organisation and embedding changes in the way BIM and collaborative information management practices (per ISO 19650) are adopted across the project lifecycle
- Maintaining technological innovations in industry to ensure the organisation remains contemporary in its delivery practices
You'll have a relevant tertiary qualification and accreditation or similar proof of training with ISO 19650. A solid track record in developing and leading technically capable, diverse, and high-performing teams and driving a culture of problem-solving, collaboration, and excellence. You will also possess strong communication skills and preferably experience in the engineering sector in project management, design management, asset management, digital design processes, geospatial, or surveying.
As a seasoned professional, you will be able to articulate the drivers for change in the construction and asset management sector and provide strategic leadership to drive growth and innovation in digital engineering services.
