Senior Technical Leader Opportunity

This role focuses on leading the technical engineering function for a growing fleet. To succeed, you will require strong leadership skills and expertise in aircraft maintenance and engineering programs.

The ideal candidate will oversee the Technical Services and Reliability engineering functions within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO). They will ensure regulatory compliance under CASR Part 42, maintain aircraft safety, and support internal and external engineering services.

Main Responsibilities
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams and develop technical capability
  • Manage approved maintenance programs and implement Reliability-Centred Maintenance (RCM)
  • Drive safety, reliability, and compliance across aircraft maintenance and engineering programs

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a national company.

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Engineering or a related discipline, minimum of 10 years in aircraft engineering and/or maintenance, and at least 5 years in a leadership role.
