Key responsibilities include:

  • Stepping into a technical leadership role, overseeing project deliverables and managing client expectations
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to bring together the best technical expertise from across the business
  • Mentoring and developing junior engineers to help them grow professionally and achieve their career goals
  • Contributing to project proposals and business development activities to drive growth and new opportunities

We are looking for a qualified individual with:

  • A Chartered Professional Engineer with a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering
  • Experience in the water and wastewater sector and general industrial structures
  • Proven experience in various aspects of structural engineering, including study involvement, budget, schedule, and scope development, detailed design, analysis, and construction/commissioning phase support
  • An interest in building strong client connections and supporting the growth of existing relationships as a trusted technical advisor
